GTHA requires all families with a skater in the Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget divisions,  House, Travel & Girls to sell a minimum of six lottery tickets per family & Mite 7U/8U to sell a minimum of 3 tickets. This policy has proven to be a very effective way of keeping registration costs affordable. Each ticket is $23 for 21 drawings.

Mite IP and 6U are not required to participate in the lottery.
