Note: After going to the link above you will have to create an Individual profile with a new secure username and password as the "Pimary Contact" or "Parent Guardian" responsible for the payment.

Then you add your "Family Members" or "Players" to your new account at the bottom of the page.

Next select "Programs Available" and look in the drop down menu for the Activity that you want.

Travel Players:
1.    All travel players are required to pay their USA Hockey/MAHA fee on line.  Start at http://www.usahockey.com/. Cost is $35, payable by credit or debit card.  Complete your registration and either email a copy to GTHA at gtha@charterinternet.com or attach your USA Hockey registration receipt to the GTHA Registration Agreement.
2.    Complete the GTHA Registration Agreement and Lottery Form
3.    Submit with the following payments- Please note that the Lottery payment must be made separately.

• First installment of team fees- The first installment amount will be $600 for the squirt, peewee and bantam teams.  The JV teams will have a fall and winter budget.  The JV coaches will let you know at tryouts what the fall budget is and that amount will be due in full. Your team treasurer will bill you for any payments due after the first installment. 
• Lottery payment - if paying by check, please make the check out to “GTHA-Lottery” for ticket ($126) or lottery option ($75). Please attach the lottery check/money order to the Lottery Form.
• GTHA travel fee this year is $180 and is paid at the time of registration.
• All credit/debit card payments must be made in person.  We will not automatically run cards for second payments

House Players:
1.    House players are required to pay their USA Hockey/MAHA fee on line.  Start at http://www.usahockey.com./.  Cost is $35, payable by credit or debit card.   Complete your registration and either email a copy to GTHA at gtha@charterinternet.com or attach your GTHA registration form

2.    Complete the GTHA Registration Agreement and Lottery Form
3.    Submit with the following payments-

• Team fees - please see chart on registration statement
• Lottery payment - if paying by check, please make the check out to “GTHA-Lottery” for ticket and lottery option. Please attach the lottery check/money order to the Lottery Form.
• Skills Enhancement payment must be made separately and attached to the enrollment form.  The Skills registration form can be found below or on the by clicking Skills Programs.
• All past due balances must be paid before 09-10 registration.
• 09-10 fees must be paid in full by the first draft skate (September 1).  We are now accepting payments for next season.
• If you wish to pay by automatic withdrawal, please contact the office
• All credit/debit card payments must be made in person. We will not automatically run cards for second payments.   

• $100.00 is not refundable after September 1, 2009, under any circumstances.
• Written notice of withdrawal must be received by the GTHA office to receive a refund.  A Drop Form will be available on our website. Notifying the coach or leaving a message at the office is not considered proper notification.
• In families with multiple players, refunds will first be credited toward other players accounts if they have outstanding fees before any other refund is issued
• Refunds are not based on the number of skates the player has participated in. 
• The postmark date or drop off date to the GTHA office will serve as our recorded date of receipt.
