High School Fall - $300 (pay in full)  Sept & Oct

Travel Hockey - $600 Intitial Payment ($500 to team and $100 GTHA Administrative Fee)
Balances will be invoiced by Team Treasurer

• $100.00 is not refundable after September 1, 2009, under any circumstances.
• Written notice of withdrawal must be received by the GTHA office to receive a refund.  A Drop Form will be available on our website. Notifying the coach or leaving a message at the office is not considered proper notification.
• In families with multiple players, refunds will first be credited toward other players accounts if they have outstanding fees before any other refund is issued
• Refunds are not based on the number of skates the player has participated in. 
• The postmark date or drop off date to the GTHA office will serve as our recorded date of receipt.
