for the 2006-2007 season--
August 23, 6-8pm at Centre ICE-if
you register by mail you must pick up your lottery tickets
in person. You may pick them up at registration, from the
GTHA office during business hours or at the draft skates.

Travel tryouts were held for Squirts, PeeWees and Bantams
August 4-6.
Girls U-16 tryouts were held Aug. 7 , 9 and 11th. If

Midget A and AA tryouts are:
September 8 - 7pm MAA and 8pm MA
September 9 - 4:30pm MAA and 5:30pm MA
September 10 - Noon MAA and 1pm MA
All Midgets skates are at Howe Arena.
Skaters trying out for Midget travel must register and pay
the $100
GTHA fee (includes USA Hockey insurance) by September 1.
All outstanding balances must be paid prior to tryouts.
Water,
water, everywhere............
Grand Traverse Hockey
will be selling cases of bottled water as a fundraiser for the
Association. Each case of 24-16.5 ounce bottles is
$5.00. You may purchase water during summer business
hours or by calling the office at
933-4842 or emailing us at
gtha@charterinternet.com.
GTHA announces their
2006-2007 Tournament Schedule.
GTHA
will be hosting tournaments at the travel and house levels
again this
year.
New this year
is the T.C.. Challenge Cup for PeeWee A/AA and Bantam
A/AA
which will be held
November 3-5, 2006.

SCRIP
is a fundraiser for all GTHA members to participate in and
save money to pay their hockey fees.
SCRIP will be credited to your account
when you register.
2006-2007 GOALIE CLINICS ANNOUNCED
GTHA will be offering three Saturday
Goalie Clinics this season. They will be held on
September 30, October 28 and December 23, 2006 from 1:45 to
3:05 at Centre ICE. The Clinics are open to all
rostered GTHA goalies in good standing, at all ages and
skill levels. Cost for each Clinic is $25.
Pre-registration and payment is requested by calling the
GTHA office or via email at
gtha@charterinternet.com.
The Clinics will be run by T.C. North
Star goalie coach Bob Fernandez and Chris Galton.
